Call Me a Cab Chili 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, wine, spices and honey. Bring up to boil, then turn heat down and allow simmering for about 10 minutes. Add beans and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes. The longer it simmers the richer the flavor. Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, a glass of chilled Call Me A Cab wine and several good friends. Enjoy! |
