Miles Curry and Riesling Chicken 2 tbsp. Sesame oil Sauté the onion in the oil. Add the chicken and cook for 20 min. In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bring to simmer. Cover, turn to medium low and cook for 40 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Serve with Aromatic Jasmine Rice that is made by replacing the water with 2/3 chicken broth and 1/3 Riesling. |
